MANGO & APPLE CHUTNEY (GLUTEN FREE)


INGREDIENTS:

1 Mango
2 Apples
1 Red Chilli (Remove Seeds)
1 Garlic cloves
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup soft brown sugar
Black Pepper

1. Peel decore and chop apple into 1cm cubed pieces.  
2. Remove skin and seed from Mango and chop
3. Add all ingredients to medium saucepan and bring to boil
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thick.  Stir often to keep from sticking 
5. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container in fridge.  

This chutney is great in wraps, sandwiches, and with curries.
