SPICY SWEETCORN ( GLUTEN FREE)


INGREDIENTS:
250g Corn fresh cut from cob
1 tsp Coconut Oil
150mls Coconut Cream
2 - 4 Tomatoes chopped
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 Clove Garlic finely chopped
Chilli flakes to taste
Thai Seasoning to taste 

Picture
Heat corn and garlic in fry pan with a little water and oil. Add turmeric, Chilli and Thai seasoning. Pour in coconut cream and add tomatoes. Heat though. 

Serve with bacon.

NOTE: The ingredients that we choose are gluten free.  Please always check labels before assuming something is gluten free.
