SUGAR CRACK COOKIES WITH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS (NOT GLUTEN FREE)
If you ever need to make anything with egg whites this is a good way to use up the yolks without having to make custard. Its the closes biscuit that Ive tried that tastes anything like a cookie time cookie, but I think that its even better.
Beat together softened butter and sugar until light in colour. Add egg yolks and Vanilla and beat well. Sieve together dry ingredients and stir into mix. Roughly chop chocolate and add or alternately place once piece on top of each biscuit before baking. Roll biscuit mix into balls and bake at 180 C for approximately 10 minutes. Do not over cook if you want chewy biscuits.
